Custom Board and Steel (CBS) is a custom design / build shop. If you've been searching for the perfect piece but can't seem to find it in the big box stores, we can help. We walk through each step of the project with you, starting with designing exactly what it is you're looking for. Sometimes, it takes a few revisions but once everyone is on the same page, CBS creators start masterfully crafting the design to bring it to life. Your happiness in our work is what it's all about.
We Keep Things Local- Custom Board and Steel sources all materials locally, whether it be at their Hayward, WI or Denver, CO location. We also have a large community of specialized tradesmen that we work with to ensure creation of almost anything is possible.
We Like to Reuse - Custom Board and Steel is known for our unique variety of repurposed materials. For example, our large slabs come from local urban settings. After trees were removed for some reason or another, we save them from landfills and give them new life in your home or business.
We Like a Challenge: We love to design and love to build so if you have a project or even just an idea, run it past us!
